Job Description:

Responsible for managing end to end product development lifecycle that involves gathering/analyzing business/user requirements, conceptualizing useful features, working with designers on UI/UX, aligning with Tech for Dev , QA for testing, and managing releases across all platforms - web, mobile, System  and apps.

Communicate with stakeholders to identify pain-points that can be addressed through technology and drive product development.

Job Requirements:
  1. Continuously assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  2. Manage all aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition
  3. Knowledge in developing elegant and simple feature functionalities which deliver world-class user experience.
  4. A deep understanding of consumer behaviour which will support product delivery from concept to implementation
  5. Strong knowledge of CX and UI / UX also keep Operations excellence always as success mantra 
  6. Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams

  1. Extensive experience of over 12+ years in a high ranking Product Management position, preferably as a Head of Product Management in a complex business setting
  2. A track record of BE/ BTech in Computer Science or an equivalent acknowledgment of your academic accomplishments
  3. Ability to lead effective brainstorming with peers from Design, Marketing and Analytics team
  4. Ability to frame the problem, pull in external dynamics, involve key stakeholders, generate/prioritize ideas with appropriate support
