Jobs Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic sale Representative to
contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for
closing sales deals via Client Visit and maintaining good customer
relationships. An effective sale representative must be an excellent
communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable
presenting products or services, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

- Plan
and achieve sales targets by driving new client acquisitions within the
stipulated timelines.
- Create
strategies to penetrate new markets and strengthen presence in existing
ones, ensuring steady business growth.
- Develop
a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling,
references, and digital channels.
- Take
ownership of the complete sales cycle when required â from lead
generation, pitching, negotiation to closure.
Client Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify
potential clients, understand their business needs, and present customized
solutions.
- Lead
the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth handholding during the
initial engagement phase.
- Build
long-term relationships with newly acquired clients to encourage repeat
business and referrals.
- Work
closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction
during onboarding.
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Monitor
team performance using structured review and tracking systems, ensuring
targets are consistently met.
- Lead,
guide, motivate, and train team members to improve sales effectiveness and
closing ratios.
- Conduct
regular team meetings, role-plays, and joint client visits to enhance
skills and performance.
- Foster
a high-performance culture where accountability and client-centricity are
prioritized.
Reporting
· Provide
timely updates and insights to senior management on sales activities, progress,
and challenges.
· Prepare
periodic sales and activity reports, including client meetings, follow-ups, and
closures.
· Ensure
accurate data management and reporting through CRM and other sales tools.
