We are looking for an enthusiastic
sale Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will
be responsible for closing sales deals via Client Visit and maintaining good
customer relationships. An effective sale representative must be an excellent
communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable
presenting products or services, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
 
 
           
          Roles & Responsibilities:
          
              
Client Servicing & Relationship
Management
 - Build
     trusted relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point
     of contact.
 
 - Conduct
     regular check-ins via calls, emails and visits to ensure clients are
     satisfied and engaged.
 
 - Understand
     client business goals and suggest relevant solutions to help them achieve
     better results.
 
 - Share
     product/service updates, new features, or add-on offerings to keep clients
     informed and interested.
 
Retention & Renewals
 - Drive
     timely contract renewals and ensure minimal client churn.
 
 - Track
     client usage, engagement levels, and overall satisfaction to ensure high
     retention.
 
 - Provide
     clients with ROI-driven insights to reinforce the value of our services.
 
Upselling & Cross-Selling
 - Identify
     opportunities to expand client engagement through relevant upsell and
     cross-sell solutions.
 
 - Collaborate
     with internal teams to customize offerings as per client needs.
 
Collaboration & Reporting
 - Coordinate
     with support, operations, and product teams to resolve client queries
     quickly.
 
 - Maintain
     accurate records of all client interactions, renewals, and account
     activities in CRM.
 
 - Share
     regular updates and reports on client feedback, account health, retention
     rates, and revenue contribution.
